In-house manufacturing

​Sealux has thein-house capability to produce custom O-ring susing hot vulcanization (NBR/EPDM/MVQ/NR/CR). Sealux has a wide range of tools and cords to cover as many torus shapes and cord diameters as possible, enabling it to quickly assist its customers.

Sealux is also highly competitive when it comes to supplying O-rings in large quantities on a call-off contract basis or for one-off orders. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

• Standard grades: NBR, FKM, MVQ, EPDM.
• FEP and PFA coated O-rings with elastomer core.
• Special compounds (FFKM) for resistance to low and high temperatures or highly aggressive fluids.
• AED (Anti Explosive Decompression) mixtures

In addition to the O-ring range, Sealux also stocks X-rings/quad rings(mainly in NBR and Viton) and can manufacture them to special dimensions.
