PTFE Gasket

We offer our customers a wide range of virgin, expanded, filled, or modified PTFE.

When the medium to be sealed is particularly aggressive or requires special approvals (FDA/USP Class 6, etc.), it is often necessary to choose PTFE (Teflon®) as the sealing material.

In order to produce these gaskets, we stock a large quantity ofvirgin PTFE sheetsin 1200×1200 and 1500×1500 formats in a wide range of thicknesses from 0.5 to 10 mm.

In addition to this range of classic virgin PTFE, Sealux also offers (often to order)filled PTFE(glass/graphite/bronze, etc.).

To prevent the risks of creep, relaxation, and bursting, we also offer a wide range of multidirectionally-oriented expanded PTFE.

Thanks to our representation and partnership with KWO gmbh, we also stock Multitex® multidirectional expanded PTFE in 1500×1500 format and in thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 6mm. This allows us to quickly provide end users with a finished seal of the highest quality.

Finally, we also manufacture seals made from modified PTFE, filled with silica or glass beads.

Based on our substantial purchases of materials and stock of sheets in Flexitallic Uniflon 50, Uniflon 51, Uniflon 53, and SIGMA 533, we are very competitive in the market for filled structured PTFE gaskets.
