Through our longstanding partnership of over 20 years with the English manufacturer Beldam Crossley, we offer a comprehensive range of braids for pump and valve stuffing boxes.

We have most (square) sections in stock:

• Graphite with or without Inconel reinforcement (Pilotgraph BCL 4000 and BCL 4001)
• PTFE with or without lubricant (Pilotpack BCL 3400 and BCL 3408)
• Aramid/Kevlar (Pilotpack BCL 5020)
• GFO® (Pilotpack BCL 3435)
• GFO® + Aramid corners (Pilotpack BCL 5035)

Generally upon request, the section can also beround or rectangular.

Some grades can also be supplied with an O-ring integrated into the braid tocompensate for any eccentricities in the shaft.

In addition to braid boxes, we also offer our customers sets of stamped or preformed rings and braids. The advantage of this is speed of implementation and increased equipment service life.

Integrated into a braid set or independently, we also supply graphite rings made of high-purity, binder-free expanded graphite. With or without corrosion inhibitor or PTFE impregnation.
